I’m Nadia Allacas, founder of Through the Forest Consulting and an executive and leadership coach with over a decade of leadership and talent development experience. I specialize in helping leaders navigate toxic dynamics, burnout, and values misalignment. I work with leaders at all levels—from new managers to C-suite executives—across sectors including gaming, government, nonprofit, education, hospitality, real estate, and finance.
